Beta Software

ΘνΓΓΙη ITS does not support beta software and does not recommend using beta software as your primary operating system or for software that is critical for you.

Get selected software, such as Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office) and research software. Certain downloads may be restricted and require authorization.

Securely access certain licensed software applications on the ΘνΓΓΙη Application Server (ΘνΓΓΙη Apps) that were once only available on ΘνΓΓΙη lab computers.

Hardware

Computer repair is available for both ΘνΓΓΙη-owned and personally-owned computers.

For ΘνΓΓΙη-owned warranty and non-warranty computers and printers: ITS covers the cost of repairs.

ΘνΓΓΙηCR is the Boston College Computer Replacement Program. Through the program, eligible faculty and staff computers are replaced every four years.
